Once this form is received and processed, you will be contacted by phone and faxed a used machinery agreement for liability reasons and to establish credit accountability.
Use this form when you need to enter/register a preowned machine supported by MC Machinery Systems but not purchased from us.
These products include Mitsubishi lasers, Mitsubishi sinker or wire EDM of whatever vintage, Ingersoll EDM (as long as the controller is a Mitsubishi product), Toyokoki press brakes, Roku-Roku graphite machining centers, or Mikuni-Makino small-hole machines.
